I remember taking my son to get ice-cream for the first time…

Overwhelmed with the possibilities he wanted to taste everything – sweet, sour, dairy, sorbet, in a cup, a cone and with every topping that was there – way too much for him to handle. I held his small hand took him one step back and tried to help him make a reasonable decision. We talked about how many scoops were right for him and what flavors and topping he’d like to taste. At the end of our “discussion,” he knew exactly what he wanted. He ended up getting a cone with one scoop of vanilla ice cream and chocolate sprinkles, and ate every bit of it, feeling very accomplished.

Salesforce offers so many possibilities and without proper guidance, it’s so easy to get lost. When I start working with a client, we always begin with needs, resources and in-house capabilities. Using my 10 years of experience in business and technology – working with clients of various sizes, industries, and geographies, as a programmer, project manager, system architect and business consultant – I help my clients find their way through the endless possibilities the Salesforce platform has to offer, making sure they end up with a system that is exactly right for them.

I’d be happy to treat you to a cone and discuss.
